The Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan (Jodhpur) announces specific application and admission deadlines each year. These dates follow the annual schedule issued by the Directorate General of Training (DGT), New Delhi, as published on the DGT SIDH Portal. - Authority & Interpretation
All matters relating to admission, including the interpretation of these rules, are subject to the final decision of the Institute Management and the Principal. Their decision will be binding on all applicants. - Accuracy of Information
Candidates must provide complete and accurate details during registration. Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of admission or expulsion from Sarveshwar Private ITI.
Documents Required
Scanned copies to upload with the online application and originals to produce for verification:
- Latest passport-size photograph
- Original 10th class mark sheet
- Original caste certificate (if applicable)
- Original state domicile certificate
- Copy of Aadhaar card showing current address
Age Limit
- Candidate must be at least 14 years old as of 1 September of the admission year.
Prospectus & Application Form
- Available at the institute office for ₹50 (in person).
- By post: send a Demand Draft of ₹75 along with a self-addressed envelope.
Fees
- Registration Fee: One-time payment at the time of first registration.
- Annual Training Fee: Payable each year at admission and on the first day of the new session to continue second-year training.
- Examination Fee: Payable when submitting examination forms, as per the rates set by the Directorate of Technical Education, Jodhpur. Late payment may attract additional charges.
Fitness
- Candidate must be mentally and physically fit and meet minimum standards for the chosen trade.
- Must be free from infectious or contagious diseases and from any physical deficiency or deformity that could hinder training.
Disciplinary Rules
- Trainees must maintain discipline inside and outside the campus and follow all institutional rules.
- Attendance: Minimum 80 % is mandatory for training and to be eligible for the final examination.
- The Principal reserves the right to suspend or expel students for low attendance, unsatisfactory performance, rule violations, or disobedience.
- Re-admission may be granted in special cases with the Principal’s approval on payment of ₹200 re-admission fee. No fees are refunded if a student leaves or is expelled.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in classrooms, workshops, the library, the IT lab, and all other institute premises. In emergencies, parents/guardians may contact the office to reach their ward
